97000 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules
This document sets out the terms governing the use of the 97000 platform by all registered users in Malaysia. Please read these terms carefully in their entirety before using any of our services.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to amendment from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By registering an account or using any service provided by 97000, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 97000 platform.
Continued use of the platform after any amendments to the terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure you remain in compliance with the latest version.
The 97000 platform is only accessible to individuals aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 97000 platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information at the time of registration may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 97000 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been compromised, please contact our support team immediately for account recovery.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a user of the 97000 platform, you agree not to engage in any activity that violates Malaysian law, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or attempts to manipulate the gaming system.
The use of automated software, bots, or any tools designed to exploit platform systems is strictly prohibited. 97000 reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any user suspected of employing such methods, without providing any explanation.
Users are not permitted to transfer, sell, or grant account access to any third party. Registered accounts are for the personal use of the account holder only. Any attempt to transfer an account may result in immediate closure without a refund.
Users are also required not to share sensitive platform information with any third party or distribute any content that could damage the reputation or operations of 97000.
Payment & Transaction Information
Currency & Deposits
All transactions on the 97000 platform are conducted in MYR. Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds belong to them and are obtained through legitimate means. The 97000 platform does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the chosen payment method and account verification level. Current limit details are available in the deposit section of your account after logging in.
Fund Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a verified account in the account holder's name. 97000 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal to ensure transaction security. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the level of review required.
Any attempt to process transactions through unauthorised or suspicious methods may result in a temporary account suspension pending the completion of an investigation.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
97000 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including losses due to service disruptions, technical errors, or third-party actions beyond our control. In any event, 97000's total liability to any user shall be limited to the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 97000 platform, including logos, designs, text, software, and visual elements, is the exclusive property of 97000 and is protected under intellectual property law. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The 97000 platform may contain references or links to third-party services. 97000 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party site or service. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Account Suspension and Closure
97000 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time if the user is found to have violated any term in this document, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to platform security. In cases of account closure due to a breach of terms, 97000 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending further investigation.
Users may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the 97000 support team. Voluntary closure is subject to the settlement of all pending transactions and compliance with applicable withdrawal conditions.
Changes to Terms
97000 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
